Client Deliverables: Upon full payment for completed work, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. HEK Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets, such as stock images, fonts, or plugins, remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:
